These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pickd mobile application (“App”) and any services made available through the App (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pickd. If you’re under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

To use Pickd, you’ll need to create an account with your phone number. We’ll send you a verification code to log in. Keep your login secure — you’re responsible for anything that happens under your account.

3. What You Can Do on Pickd

Pickd is a social polling app where classmates anonymously vote on short videos to compliment one another. You can:

• Upload a short video as your profile
• View polls and vote on classmates’ videos
• Receive compliments based on poll results
• Use paid features like identity reveals, shorter wait times, and ghost mode
